stilljustyouFrisk has the power of DETERMINATION, which is something that very much breaks the fourth wall when it comes to RPGs. They can SAVE, LOAD, and RESET. What this means is that they can go back in time to a certain point in time, and death is something that's temporary for them.
However, anything that can be redone is something that characters may not recall. They can either forget, be aware of what Frisk has done, or just have a distinct feeling of deja vu.
With that being said, Frisk has also been a part of a route called No Mercy where they took the time to kill other opponents in canon. Murder and child death may also be mentioned in their tags.
